The Law in particular prohibits the gambling business in Ukraine and participation in gambling.
It is envisaged that against market participant who organize and conduct on the territory of Ukraine gambling activity the finance sanctions at the forms of penalties at the rate of eight thousand minimum wages with the confiscation of the gambling equipment are presupposed and the income from the gambling activity are supposed to be transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine.
The corresponding Bill is registered under the №4268.
